BrookTree AI provides SaaS-based automation services including SMS marketing, email marketing, missed call text-back, AI voice agents, and lead capture solutions for small businesses. Services are delivered through the GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) platform under a service agreement including a setup fee and monthly retainer.
By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information; use our services only for lawful purposes; comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act; and notify BrookTree AI promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use BrookTree AI's services to send unsolicited communications, transmit harmful or illegal content, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with our platform or services.
BrookTree AI operates an SMS messaging program to deliver service updates, SMS marketing campaigns, missed call alerts, lead capture follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and promotional offers to opted-in contacts.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (814) 929-2934. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, sign up again as you did the first time. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@brooktreeai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Services require a one-time setup fee and monthly retainer as specified in your service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. After the initial 3-month commitment, services are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BrookTree AI is not responsible for missed leads or revenue loss due to carrier delays, platform outages, or third-party service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrookTree AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in California state or federal courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
